Refund / Returns Policy

We are sure that you will love Scarfhaus accessories. If for any reason you wish to return an item you may do so, under the following conditions : 

* If the item is unwanted, you will be responsible for return shipping fee. We can refund your item if is returned in the original condition (new with tags). There is no restocking fee to do this. 

* If you receive the wrong item, we will be able to send you a replacement item if requested and we will cover the cost of returning the wrong item from you to us. In this instance if the product is not received in time we can offer you a refund for the item instead. 

* If there is a fault with the item you have received we will also cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or refund.
